How to Use Onion Juice for Hair Growth?

Onion is rich in sulfur. This mineral is one of the main building blocks of hair. It improves blood circulation and provides the hair follicles with sufficient nourishment. Onion also has anti-bacterial properties, so it helps with scalp infections that might contribute to hair loss. Furthermore, it contains the enzyme catalase, which is an anti-oxidant that can prevent premature graying.

Onion’s potential as a potent home remedy for hair loss has also been studied scientifically. In 2002, the Journal of Dermatology published a small study that looked into the use of onion juice for alopecia areata (an autoimmune disease that presents with patchy hair loss). 84% of participants who applied onion juice twice daily for two months experienced much better hair re-growth rates compared to those who only used tap water. Men had better success with the treatment than did women.

·         The honey and onion mixture can also be taken orally. Consume it daily, so you ingest the nutrients.
·         Try adding onion to your food recipes. This will not act as fast as the hair rinse, but will provide additional dietary support.
·         Stop using commercial shampoos and wash your hair with natural shampoos with low alcohol content once a week. Rinse with COLD water when finished, to close the fibers in the hair.

Public and Private transport

Most of us know using public transport is better for the environment and can even offer a cheaper and quicker route. But in reality the number of cars on the road is continuing to rise.

Public Transport – A Greener Form of Travel

If you want to do your bit for the environment, getting public transport and leaving the car at home is one of the best things to do. As you will see below, it can be more convenient, quicker, and cheaper to do so. And the green benefits are great too.

Convenient

The great thing about public transport is that it gets you where you want to be, when you want to be there, particularly in cities and towns. Rather than only being able to drive to a certain point before getting stuck in a one way system, you can reach your central point directly. Plus you get the bonus of sitting back, relaxing with a newspaper and letting someone else to drive.

Quicker

Despite their tendency to get delayed at times, in the majority of instances, your journey from A to B will be quick and often direct as more and more investment is made into new train, tram and bus routes across

Cheaper

Contrary to popular belief, nearly all forms of public transport pose less of a cost to the traveler. If you’re regularly visiting a place, or planning a trip in advance, you can get season tickets or advance booked tickets for a cheaper price. The cost of running a car goes much further than the mere cost of petrol.

People should still take it to go to school or to travel to work, because the overall advantages of taking public transport are more than the disadvantages...
·        Firstly, one of the advantages is that using public transport is very economical.
·        Taking buses and trains is cheaper than using private cars.
·        There are many discounts for some individuals, like students, old people, and children.
·        They can get cheaper prices by taking public transport.
·        Students have to go to school almost every day, and they usually take public transport to school and home. It is more economical for students.
·       Using public transport can preserve the environment.
·       It can reduce pollution, because there are less cars driving on the road, and there are fewer fumes and also less traffic jams.
·       Furthermore, it can increase the spaces in the city, because there are less cars parking.
·        Taking buses and trains is able to keep the environment green

Disadvantages

·       The disadvantages is that using public transport is inconvenient.
·       It can be crowded.
·       For instance, there are always too many individuals on the same bus in rush hour.
·        Thieves are on the bus they take.
·       The public transport does not operate 24 hours a day.
·       People have to follow the time table, so they must wait for it.
·       If people have an important work at the suburb, it is inconvenient.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, although there are some problems of using public transport, people should still take it to go to school or to travel to work, because the overall advantages of taking public transport are more than the disadvantages.

LIFE IN VILLAGE

India is a land of villages. About 70 percent of our population lives in the villages.
Hard work, simplicity and plain thinking is a charm of life there. Villages are the main supply line of cities.

The life starts early in the morning without any bed tea or bed feed. They take the domestic animals for grazing or plugging in the crop-sowing fields. The children and house wife help them in their toil in the field. The house-wife prepares food, looks after the old parents and takes the food to serve the farmers in their working spot.

These women work in the fields as the husbands take a period of time spent sleeping after lunch on in the afternoon. Their normal food consists of the chapattis and simple pickles. Milk and running products are sold in the city market because this comes sunder cash crops.

The rural population has pure non-polluted air. They have neat and clean water and fresh bath changes the life into new bright moods. Village food is always full of purity and containing the required vitamins and energy. These factors contribute a longer share in maintenance good health.

Rural population remains dependent on agriculture for its survival. The villagers suffer acute shortage of water and energies such as electricity and fuels. They are bound to run their own generator sets.

Indian villages lack good medical aid and good specialized service in health care. Even the field workers hardly care to propagate the proper health awareness in the villages.

It seems the days are not far away when our village will present a modern image of good life and urbanities will be attracted to revert back to villages for a permanent stay.
